Shortly after joining HuaLi Group, I participated in an intensive three-month training program. One of the most valuable experiences was the hands-on footwear making process, which strengthened my understanding of pattern engineering, construction, material applications, and common secondary processes, while providing a more comprehensive perspective on footwear development and design.
